The paving has a thickness of 10 cm and is grey, while parking areas are contrasting in color. Drainage takes place via rainwater retention ditches, which enables efficient and environmentally friendly water management. Individual interior design is possible both before and after completion of the shell. In addition to the open hall areas, office, recreation and technical rooms as well as a hall subdivision can be planned and implemented entirely according to your requirements. It is also possible to install an indoor crane before construction begins. An upgrade to F30 is possible for higher fire protection requirements.
